I’m a master’s educated RN with 19 years of experience both in-hospital and in ambulatory care.

I love to teach people about their health and to see them achieve their best-possible lives 🙂

I have begun to venture into the social media sphere with the hope of expanding my reach with my own very unique version of health education to bring humor, empathy, and a receptive ear to people who need support and guidance.

I hope to be able to continue my health career in this wide-open venue.
